Log in to E-Tis in the normal way. On the home page left click the ‘DMS Registration’ tab.
Left click the ‘I Accept’ button.
Left click the ‘Re-Register’ button
Left click the ‘Please click here to download your keys’.
Left click ‘Save’ and save to your desktop.
