Step 1.

Open the home screen on the device and tap the application menu button located near the bottom of the screen.



Then select the setting icon from the list of apps



Step 2.

From the settings select Application Manager and select the Aftersales app and uninstall it.



Whilst in here you will need to go into Storage - click on 'Cached Data' 



Then select Delete



Step 3.

Go back to the apps menu and select the My Files icon.



Select the Downloads file and delete the ‘Aftersales.apk’ icon. (There may be more than 1

aftersales icon)


Then select Data and delete the ‘Videoevc’ file.


Step 4.

Go to www.rtcsupport.co.uk and select android downloads.


Select the version the site will be using (this can be found on the support details) and

download and install it.


Note: you may need to allow installation of apps from unknown sources in tablet Settings –

Security.


Step 5.

After the app has been installed open the app and you may get a message ‘An error

occurred checking for updates. Open settings page?’


Select ‘Yes’ and in the box where it says rtcwebserver, delete this and type the sites

webserver IP. 

Save and relaunch the app this should then work fine.
