Ability to book to ‘Repair Code’ RECALL

Clockings on Jobcard to match via VIN and WIP

Clocking's on Job Cards where the Reg No has changed were being missed, we have therefore created a new routine that will ignore the Reg No and just use the Dealer/Booking to find clocking's created within 180 days.

We have made changes to the Labour Audit Page of the Job Card. Previously this only displayed 1 line of text. This has now been improved to display all test against a labour line. (as shown below)

Checklist Comments to appear on the Job Card

The system can now be set to show Comments added in 'Checklist' on the Job Card.

On the example below, comments have been added through Checklists relating to a Test Drive. Comments can also be added through Tech App.

The above notes will now appear in the comments section as shown below.

Configuration

In the 'CheckList' table in Admin tool there is a new column called 'EnableJobCardComments'

'EnableJobCardRef' should be set to 2 for the comments to show on Job Card.

If TechApp is ticked this means Checklist comments added through Tech App will also show.
