Introduction
This document describes the new integration into SEAT Menu Pricing within the Link system and the basic functionality of the system.
To benefit from the integration to SEAT menu pricing the dealer group will need: -
- Link System 2.9.2
- Workshop Management 2.9.2
- All users will have access to this new function after the upgrade.
Set-up
The Marque in Dealer table needs to be set to SEAT

How it works?
The function is very simple to use, when completing a booking on the ‘Booking Appointment’ page there will be a new button ‘Launch Menu Pricing’ (shown below)
By selecting ‘Launch Menu Pricing’ button it will then take you to the SEAT Menu Pricing system.
Use the "Add Jobs" button to open the repair and service menus (screenshot below)
Then.
After selecting the appropriate job, click "Save Quote" as shown below
Complete the quote in the usual way by adding the necessary jobs, then Save and Exit the system.
Now you are back on the ‘Booking Appointment’ page of the booking.
Select ‘Receive Menu Price Items’ and you will be presented with a screen showing details of any quotes completed. (Shown Below)
Select the required quote, then the Products selected and then Continue.
The Service/Repair will then be added to the Booking
Continue with the booking as normal. You can also re-click the Menu pricing button and add another repair and so on.
