New Features
Protected Check-in - Digital
A new parameter that will prevent Service Advisors checking in through Workshop Management, important when following a Digital paperless process where all check-ins should be via the Advisor App or Online to ensure a digital signature is captured authorising the work booked.
This function is configurable and can only be overridden with the correct user privilege access. The Set on Site options will be greyed out as per the screen shots below:

Signature warning message for Advisor in Workshop Management
Where a Digital dealer doesn't want to lock down setting on site via Workshop Management, or for users who have the special privilege to override the Set on Site protection, we have added a warning message which the user has to accept in order to set the vehicle on site without capturing a digital signature.
The message below will appear in Workshop Management if no signature has been captured:

Technician Notes text wrapping
A new feature has been introduced to display the Technician notes in a clearer view, this is important for digital paperless dealers. The clear view of the notes assists in preparing any subsequent warranty claims.
* This function will be available after the upgrade.
Technician Notes
The technician notes when added from Tech App, have been amended so that the line numbers are grouped together when checking the notes on the job card, previously they were arranged by time/date. The new view is more user friendly and clearer especially when completing warranty claims.
The notes can be previewed in Workshop Manager by viewing the RTC Jobcard.
* This function will be available after the upgrade.
Online Self Check out improvement.
The function to check, add, or amend where and how the Check out invite is delivered. If a mobile number or an email address is not available in the Customer or Booking details the corresponding box will be greyed out.
Added email and phone fields to check out invite screen, screenshots below:
* This function will be available after the upgrade. (Online Self check out requires configuration - see 2.10.1)
