Health Check Media Improvement

When viewing the Media landing page on mobile devices, the pre-roll video does not always ‘auto play’ this is due to settings on the mobile device and mobile browsers restricting this auto-play feature to prevent customers from using un-necessary data, i.e. if not connected to Wi-Fi.

We have added some text to the screen to guide customers to play/watch the pre-roll video, which explains the VHC and the authorisation process, rather than just skipping the media and going straight to the VHC.

(RTC Media users only)
