Additional Diary Control (Specific Repair Codes)

When the dealership facilities are used to control appointment slots it was only possible to have 1 repair line against each appointment slot.

The system will now allow multiple repair lines to be added for each appointment slot. This function can be used with any repair code combinations, an example is below

  • An MOT Insurance repair code should be restricted to only be allowed to be added with only a main MOT repair code
  • Multiple Diagnostic repair codes on the same job card could be set if required, with subsequent DIAG codes allowed for multiple repairs.
