Group Warranty Claims Functionality
We have added Group Warranty functionality. When set up a new tab will be displayed in Workshop Management.
Screenshot showing new Tab
Warranty Jobs can be selected by choosing the required status from the dropdown menu.
The warranty claims are created in this window when either:-
Technician uses TechApp and sets Clocking Status on Labour line to Complete on clock off. OR
User in Workshop Management manually changes the Clocking Status on the labour line screen.
All open claims are show below. Showing the status of each line.
Selecting the line will open the Warranty claim.
Within the above form you have access to, labour line information, Technician clocking’s, Technician writeups (digital dealers only), digital job card (digital dealers only), RTC logfile detail, View any Media associated to the WIP, along with any Notes added to that WIP. This allows a Warranty controller/administrator access to all of the information required to review and submit the claim in a single easy to view screen.
The current Status of the claim can be updated by selecting the relevant status from the dropdown menu.

Improvements
Paperless Digital sites - Technician write up (Logfile)
A new parameter has been introduced which can control whether Technicians Clocking Write up’s can be edited.
With the above Parameter set the Agents must then be set up with permission to allow them to edit Clocking Write Up’s. This controls who can edit. All edits are recorded. (As shown below)
Within Workshop Management any amendments to the Technicians write ups will now be visible in the Logfile tab as shown below.

Report Enhancement - Show clocking for each Line No (Keyloop 8.35 ONLY)
The Technician clocking report has been improved to show the number of times a technician has clocked on and off a particular labour line, the total amount the time the technician has clocked clocked on this line is now also available.
This is extremely helpful when the total number of hours for each line is displayed plus the description is displayed on the clocking report to make reconciliation of these lines in the DMS simpler.
