In the Customer Release Guide for the 2.14 build we have introduced New Functionality and also system improvements both in Workshop Management and the Link system. We also fixed certain reported bugs within these systems during this build development period, the reporting customer has also been added. The relevant JIRA and HD reference number will also be added where applicable.

Dealer address will now appear on all Job Cards.

RTC - 3233 - Split booking reference on Job Card
When a booking has an associated booking the reference of the associated booking will appear on the Job Card.

RTC - 4282 - Stored procedure changed to improve 'Sig' column in WM
Currently when additional work is added to a job that had a signed job card the green tick in the Sig column changes to amber to indicate that some work isn’t approved (unless the repair code is included in the LabourFilter table which indicates it doesn’t require authorisation). We have updated the Stored Procedure to ensure that when the additional line/s have been through the dealership’s approval process (internal auth or customer auth) that the tick goes back to green as all work on that job is once again fully approved.
RTC - 3993 - CitNOW Integration improved
The Online EVC system has been improved to display updates from CitNOW.
Once the system is set to use External Provider any CitNOW media and updates will be shown on the VHC page.

RTC - 4319 - RTC EVC Online button removed when CitNOW is Enabled.
When the system is set to use external provider the 'View/Send Online EVC button is hidden. (as shown below)

RTC - 4335 - RTC EVC Online to utilise CitNOW media for 360 video.
When the system is set to use RTC with CitNOW for 360 video CitNOW 360 media will be show on the MASVideoForm.
