In the Customer Release Guide for the 2.15 build we have introduced New Functionality and also system improvements both in Workshop Management and the Link system. We also fixed certain reported bugs within these systems during this build development period, the reporting customer has also been added. The relevant JIRA and HD reference number will also be added where applicable.

New Features

RTC - 3812 - Keyloop Drive - Vehicle Lookup for Customers Without CAP in Franchise Data.

A new button will visible on the NewVehicle form and CurrentCustomer form in Link System:


When clicked it will open the form, there are 2 ways of searching.

Or by the original way of selecting Franchise and Model, you can also filter the results in Model dropdown by typing a search word in and then dropdown:


Once the DMS has been searched, you can then filter the results on the screen on the right hand side filters:-


 Also when this is switched on and a DVLA lookup is carried out from NewVehicle record. It will auto pop this form and fill it in automatically selecting the filters based on data we have received from DVLA:-


Will then pop the form with the filters selected, it highlights filter dropdowns in blue when a filter has been selected to make it easier to see that the results displayed are filtered:-
