In the Internal Release Guide addendum for the 2.16 build we have introduced New Functionality and also system improvements both in Workshop Management and the Link system. We also fixed certain reported bugs within these systems during this build development period, the reporting customer has also been added. The relevant JIRA and HD reference number will also be added where applicable.

New Features
RTC - 4590 - Send imported bookings and labour from RTC to Altus
Workshop Management - Import Job form will create visits in Altus after importing bookings/labour into RTC

Improvements
RTC - 4522 - RTC > CitNOW Media - Tech App & Web Inspection ability to invoke deeplink call to CitNOW App
RTC Web Inspection and RTC Tech App V2 can now use CitNOW deeplinks to launch the CitNOW Workshop App.
There is now a Movie icon within the Web Inspection.
When selected the CitNOW Workshop App will open.
When a booking is created in RTC then Marked In-Onsite (This generates an inspection) this booking will display in the CitNOW Dashboard.
When uploaded the media can be viewed in the CitNOW Dashboard & RTC WM Inspection system. Media captured by the CitNOW application will display under 360 Videos.
When the Inspection is closed the Job can be viewed in the Video Library.
