In the Customer Release Guide for the 2.18 build we have introduced New Functionality and also system improvements both in Workshop Management and the Link system. We also fixed certain reported bugs within these systems during this build development period, the reporting customer has also been added. The relevant JIRA and HD reference number will also be added where applicable.

New Features

RTC - 4330 - VWG - Vehicle Vision Assist API for Triage

RTC now integrates with Vehicle Vision Assist for Triage in the new 2.17.3 build.


How it works: -

When completing a booking you have the option to send a diagnostic questionnaire to the customer that allows the Customer to give details of the problem/s along with photos and video. These details will be updated and displayed within the RTC.


How to use: -

When completing a booking you can send a diagnostic questionnaire to the Customer.


 Ensure you have the Customers correct email and phone number.


Select the questionnaire you want to send from the dropdown menu



A confirmation message will be displayed

Continue to create the labour line and make the booking.


Updates will be displayed in Workshop Management.



A new 'Triage' column has been added to the Job Management screen this will show updates.


Web inspection

The questionnaire will also be available in 'Wen Inspection'.

When  a tech clocks to a this DiagQ labour line and the customer has filled in an online questionnaire, they will get a link they can click:-

 

This will open the Triage page in a new window/tab.


Also in workshop management in the check list Item which can we linked in 'CheckList' table by adding the 'QuestionnaireID'. 

The Advisors will see if it has been completed and also if it has, then they can also view the Triage Page.


When the Triage is submitted with Video or Images, we add a PDF to documents under a new document type of “Customer”. We also generate a 2nd PDF if the customer also asks the questions.

RTC - 4910 - Triage Remain Work for Tech App 

Triage integration added in Android Tech App.


When a Technician selects the RTS code associated with the Triage questionnaire a link will be displayed. When selected they will be directed to the Triage URL page.


The link is also available on the booking header page.
