In the Customer Release Guide for the 2.18.4/5 build we have introduced system improvements both in Workshop Management and the Link system. We also fixed certain reported bugs within these systems during this build development period, the reporting customer has also been added. The relevant JIRA and HD reference number will also be added where applicable.
Improvements
RTC - 4979 - POWER DMS - Service History retrieval (Quick Booking)
It is now possible to retrieve service history in Quick Booking.
RTC - 4235 - HD Ticket 164088 - ModelHourMap not working when Converting online Booking
Changes made to OnlineBookingService, QuickBooking and Database to ensure correct model and hour mapping is used.
RTC - 4943 - Add Reg No to Online Self Check In invite
Registration number has been added to the online service check-in invitation.
RTC - 5043 - RWL Lead Inbox - permission based for Reminders Grid- same as web bookings
The system can now be set up to only show Lead Inbox reminders for Agents with the relevant permission.
RTC - 5099 - POWER - Entering Vehicle details when no data held on DVLA - error
Model year is now mandatory which fixes this issue.
RTC - 5111 - POWER - Import Internal Stock Work
This fix allows us to import Power Reservations/Jobs with a Blank RegNo.
RTC - 5112 - POWER - Clipboard - silent look-up should not occur for POWER
For Power dealers, we have now disabled the background clipboard parts lookup function in the WM VHC form.
RTC - 5113 - POWER - Print contents of JobRefNo on Job card
Once a reservation is converted to a Job the the Ref Number now appears on the Job Card.
RTC - 5115 - POWER - do not populate PO reference when updating Power
Fix Applied.
Power want us to stop sending the Order Reference field (Bookings.CustOrd) to Power when re-saving or importing a Reservation/Job.
RTC - 5141 - Stop all validation when exiting a booking in Workshop Management when in read only mode.
When trying to open an already open booking a message is displayed advising ‘Record locked by’ when you exit there will be no validations.
RTC - 5230 - Triage setup will only allow the entry of one marque in diagqsettings
Fix applied to allow set up of multiple marques.
Task
RTC - 5230 - HD Ticket 202894 - POWER - Send Email when Customer has sold vehicle from Outbound
Closing an outbound contact in a POWER dealer will no longer attempt to detach a customer from a vehicle where this is normally required (due to current API restriction). A warning message will be displayed instead for the user to detach in the DMS directly, or send an Email to someone who has access to do this (if configured to do so)
